At Valise Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence and style. If your new luggage doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Luggage

  Place the unused item back in its original protective dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
